Ready to wind down from the dance floor and waddle into the waves? After Splash is your sunny cooldown to Beach Bash Weekend—a relaxed, lakeside hangout for littles, caregivers, and padded friends to connect, recharge, and soak up every last drop of summer.
Bring a towel, your favorite plushie, and some snacks, and kick back with your crew for a day of sunshine and soft vibes. Whether you're relaxing in the shade, splashing your toes at the water’s edge, or snapping pics with friend, this is your moment to stay little, stay comfy, and let the weekend end just right.
After Splash is all about sunshine, softness, and connection. You brought the heat Saturday night—now let the waves carry you home.

These guidelines help ensure group safety and preserve the cleanliness of our shared public space.
📍Location 📍
Look for us near the rainbow lighthouse/pier on the far right side of the beach. A location pin will be shared the morning of the event via social media.
Keep the fun going with a relaxed, sunshine-filled day as we close out our summer weekend with a splash! Pack your beach bags, grab your cutest gear, and come waddle by the waves with fellow littles, caregivers, and friends.
🏖️ Event Type
This is a public park hangout—not a private party. Respectful behavior and adherence to the following policies are required.
🔞 Age Policy
18+ only. No exceptions.
21+ to consume alcohol. Anyone under 21 may not consume alcohol. Do not share alcoholic beverages with minors—violators may be banned from future events.
👙 Dress Code & Water Policy
To maintain a safe, respectful space for our community and the public:
• While it sounds fun, we encourage those who can to wait until after the beach to diaper up.
• No fully exposed disposable diapers.
• Disposable diapers may peek over shorts or swimsuits but must remain mostly covered.
• AB/little undies, cloth training pants, and cloth incontinence swim shorts are permitted.
• Anyone wearing a disposable diaper may not enter the water, even with swim covers or shorts over them.

We are a judgment-free, inclusive space where respect and consent are non-negotiable. Play, dance, and interact only with enthusiastic consent—no exceptions. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violating boundaries will not be tolerated. Our staff and community are here to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience. If you ever feel uncomfortable, please reach out to event staff immediately.
🍹 BYOB Policy
Alcohol is prohibited in Chicago Public Parks. Should you choose to bring your own, do so discreetly and at your own risk.
This event is strictly BYOB. Delta Frost Productions will not provide or serve alcohol.
🧺 Food & Beverage
We’ll have light snacks, soda, and water, but not enough to last the entire day. Please pack any meals, snacks, or drinks you’ll need for your comfort.
A beach house with food and beverages is available on-site.
🗑️ Trash & Diaper Disposal
• Disposable diapers must be bagged and disposed of in the public trash bins only.
• A changing tent will be available with limited supplies and trash bags for discreet use.
• All attendees are expected to clean up after themselves, including all food, drink, and personal waste.
📸 Photo Policy
Because this is a public park, photos may be taken—but always ask for consent first. Please avoid taking photos of anyone without their permission and be mindful of the privacy of other beachgoers.
🔆 What to Bring & Additional Reminders
• Sunscreen, towels, and plenty of hydration—especially after a night out.
• There is a beach house with restrooms. Note: there are no trash bins located inside.
• Hand sanitizer, wipes, and a personal trash bag for added hygiene.
• Extra clothes if you plan to swim or change.
• Be kind, stay cool, and look out for one another.
🅿️ Parking
There is no dedicated parking lot for Kathy Osterman Beach, and local street parking is very limited.
We recommend carpooling, using public transit, or reserving paid spots with the SpotHero app.
🚗 Rideshare Options
Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are a convenient option. Set your drop-off location near the rainbow lighthouse on the far-right side of the beach.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy
Delta Frost Productions may choose to cancel or end the event early without notice in the event of inclement weather for the safety of all attendees.
